Open Question: Question about the youngest people to have a number one song on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100?

I found two contradicting Wikipedia articles.. The first article is an article concerning Michael Jackson's 1971 song "Ben". Here is the excerpt from the article that I found contradicting to another article. "Although Jackson had already become the youngest artist to ever record a number-one ("I Want You Back" with The Jackson 5, in 1970), "Ben" made him the third-youngest solo artist, at fourteen, to score a number-one hit single. Only Stevie Wonder, who was thirteen when "Fingertips, Pt. 2" went to number one, and Donny Osmond, who was months shy of his fourteenth birthday when "Go Away Little Girl" hit number one in 1971 were younger." Then in an article concerning Janet Jackson's 1986 song "When I Think of You" the article reads : "The single became Jackson's first number-one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. After "When I Think of You" reached number one, it made Jackson and her brother Michael Jackson the first, and so far, only siblings to both have solo number-one hits on the Hot 100. At the time she was twenty years old, making Jackson the youngest artist since Stevie Wonder to top the Billboard Hot 100. " I don't understand how both of these staements could be true. Open Question: Why is pop music suddenly called R&B or Rap when it is made by a black artist?

Have you noticed that? Most rap music on the radio isn't even hip hop, its all some dance or teenage crazed song about getting loud at a club or something, just because it rhymes doesn't make it rap. Look at Beyonce. Most of her songs are pop, but she's considered an R&B artist. Rules as follows: Black female: its r&b Black male: its a rap song People consider Michael Jackson as a pop artist,but he had tons of styles, so I think he was an exception for reaching across over different audiences. This question was mainly a response to the people out there that say "rap music sucks now or rap music on the radio sucks". I'm just here to say it was never rap to begin with.

Open Question: MJ Fans: Have You Seen 'Man In The Mirror: The MJ Story' ?

I just watched Man In The Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story yesterday and I thought it was amazing! (I recorded it on TV.) It really made me cry in parts because it shows pretty much his whole life (up to 2004) in one film, and it is just a great film. It really made me upset though when his dad was screaming at him to do the pepsi advert and he was making fun of him, and saying he has a fat nose. It also was really sad when it showed him dangling blanket off the balcony, and then he goes into the house and is like ' i only wanted to show him to the world. i think Flex Alexander was really good at playing him! Also, i love it when it shows him and Lisa Marie Presley, i actually wish it was me when I see her ! :P (But with the real michael. ;D ) .. But then i wouldnt break up with him , like they did. Anyway, I was wondering, have any of you seen it, and if you have, what do you think of it ? Thanks. :) ♥Im so proud 2 say I LV u MJ♥ : I agree with you in that way. Loads of the dates they got wrong, its abit crappy. :L But i think some of it is quite good. :D
